HP denies printers can be remotely set on fire

HP denies printers can be remotely set on fireResearchers at Columbia University say hackers could seize control of a printer and cause it to catch fire. But they’ve been unable to prove the claims with a demo, and manufacturers HP suggest it’s unlikely such attacks could be carried out.
